Rental Car Reservations:
All rental car reservations on booked using website can be cancelled until 48 hours prior to pick up for a full refund. All cancellations must be received during our normal hours of operation. If you wish to cancel your rental car reservation, please email us at email@example.com. IMPORTANT – Rental Car reservations will NOT automatically be cancelled and refunded. If you fail to cancel your rental car reservation at least 48 hours prior to departure, you will be liable for the 100% cancellation fee.
For all motorhome and motorcycle reservations with start dates until July 31st 2020:
All motorhome and motorcycle reservations in the US/Canada have been cancelled by the tour operator FTI Touristik due to the travel warning / restrictions announced for countries outside the Schengen Area. All reservations will be voided and cancelled without a cancellation fee. Please note that the tour operator is processing these reservations by departure dates. As soon as we receive the official cancellation of your reservation, we will forward this to you via the email on file.
For all motorhome and motorcycle reservations with start dates starting August 1st 2020 and beyond:
The extension of the travel warning for travel to the 160 Countries outside the EU until August 31st 2020 does not lead to an instant cancellation of all reservations until this date. Unfortunately, this also means that this does not entitle you to a free cancellation. For all reservations departing on or after August 1st, 2020 the tour operator is maintaining its standard cancellation policy at this time. However, they have been very lenient in regard to rebooking to future dates in 2020 or 2021. We would be happy to inform you about how this affects your reservation via a personal email.
Standard payment policies apply as outlined by the tour operator. As the travel agent we cannot change the time at which payments are posted for the travel services.
If your reservation has been cancelled by the tour operator and you are waiting for a refund, we kindly ask for your patience. As the travel agent, we do not have any control over the accounting process. For credit card payments, the tour operator is your contractual partner for the reservation and thus is also responsible for the refunding process. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of reservations that have had to be cancelled due to the current situation, the process of refunding is experiencing heavy delays. However, based on the positive feedback from our clients we do know that refunds are being processed.

If you have a question concerning your reservation, we kindly ask that you email us by responding to your confirmation emails. This allows us to match your email to your reservation. Please note that due to the high volume of emails we are receiving, there may be delays in processing.
